JD Fisher Builders is a fully licensed and insured third-generation construction company built on passion, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. Jeff Fisher’s grandfather, Andrew, was a respected builder from the 1950s through the 1980s. As a teenager, Jeff worked alongside his grandfather while helping build his parents’ home, an experience that sparked a lifelong dedication to the building industry.

Jeff officially began his professional career in construction in 2005 and has now been licensed for 20 years. In 2010, he founded JD Fisher Builders and later partnered with his father, David, bringing generations of experience together under one company.

The business initially focused on residential construction, encompassing custom homes and small-scale developments. In 2015, JD Fisher Builders expanded into commercial construction and carpentry, taking on multi-family apartment projects, large-scale remodels, rehabilitations, and commercial work throughout the lakeshore region.

JD Fisher Builders is known for its attention to detail, fast and efficient execution, and hands-on leadership. Jeff intentionally keeps the company at a size that allows for personal involvement in every project, ensuring the customer-focused experience for which the company is known.
